There are many questions that need to be answered when you are looking for a limousine. Sometimes those questions are overlooked when reserving the limousine or pop up after the initial contact. What types of limousines do you have available?
What color are the limousines?
The limousine is white and the Expedition is black. The interior colors vary from grey, tan and black.
What are your hours of operation?
Limousines are available on a scheduled basis and run when reserved. Limousines are available 24/7.
Is there a minimum rental?
No, we are the only limousine company in the area that will allow you the freedom to rent a limousine for only one hour, some exclusions. Rental rates for one hour are listed on our Rental Rates page.
How far in advance are reservations required?
Wedding dates should be reserved when all your other times are set up so you get the vehicle and the times you want. Wedding dates in April and May should be reserved early as these are popular Prom months. Otherwise we prefer at least one week notice to allow us time to set up the contract and schedule.
Do you provide multiple pick up and drop offs?
Yes, we will split the times between pick up and drop offs. This works well for our brides and grooms who want transportation following the reception to their hotel and to transport wedding guests before the wedding and after the reception. Please ask about our split run rates when reserving your limousine transportation.
Can the vehicles be seen before we reserve?
Yes. All of the vehicle pictures are available on-line but feel free to call and set up a time with us to view the vehicles in person.
How much does it cost to rent a limousine?
It all depends on what the occasion is and how long you need the service for. Prices per hour are lowered as the hours increase. We can take 8-10 passengers in a limousine for $15 per person or 16-30 passengers in a LimBUSine for $20 per person St. Croix Casio in Turtle Lake Wisconsin for a 4-hour stay plus booking fee, gratuity and travel time if out of the area.
How do I pay for the limousine?
We gladly accept AMEX, VISA, MC, Discover, check cards, personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks and Cash. Credit cards are charge the day of service. Personal check payments should be made 2 weeks prior to service.
What is included in the price?
Fuel, chauffeur and glassware are supplied in the cost of the limousine. Extra charges are surcharges, voluntary gratuity (20%), booking fee and travel time for outside our local area. All charges are billed together making it easier to take care of.
How do I reserve a limousine?
You can reserve a limousine simply by calling Karen at 715-289-3434, toll free 800-944-2006 or by e-mailing a request to email@example.com. Once we have all of the information for your requested date, we will send you a contract for your signature to confirm the reservation. A credit card number is required to hold the reservations. Deposits are required to hold your date for cash sales.
Can you drink in the limousine?
Passengers of legal drinking age can drink in the limousine. Bring whatever you like to drink. Knight Rider Limousine or its' chauffeurs are not allowed by law to provide alcohol. Under-age drinkers will not be tolerated! Companies who provide alcohol with their service are required to have a Class A liquor license, it is illegal to sell or provie alcohol without a license.
Can you smoke in the limousine?
Our limousines are smoke-free, but for your convenience your chauffeur will stop whenever you want.
Do chauffeurs require a special license?
Chauffeurs are required to have a commercial drivers license (CDL) if the vehicle seats 16 or more passengers, including the driver. Drivers who drive the LimBUSines have CDL with passenger endoresments. Vehicles seating 14 or less passengers do not require the special license but ALL drivers must have a Medical Examiner's Certificate.
What is the cancellation policy?
No penalties for cancellations made one month prior to service. Cancellations made within one month of service will be billed at 100% unless the vehicle is rented by another party. Once in the limousine, the driver has the right to terminate the rental due to bad driving conditions or extreme weather. Smoking in the limousines will terminate the reservation. Unruly or disrespectful passengers will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver without refund. Contracts must be confirmed no later than one week prior to service. Incomplete contracts or no confirmation contract will result in cancellation of the reservation at owners' discretion.
